Grrrllll….we were searching for a stretch that would help us, um, open our legs wider and we found this gem on Health.com’s “The Better Sex Workout.”

Lie facedown on the floor with two rolled-up towels supporting your pelvis and thighs and your arms reaching out in front of you. Bend arms and legs at 90-degree angles, into a position that resembles a frog. Hold for 3 minutes, then release.

Once we did each side, we went ahead and tried to pull up both of our legs at 90-degree angles as the same time…AHHH!!!! FEEL THE BURN!! We’ll get there — we feel more “loose” down there already, ha ha.

We found this interesting graphic with facts about sugar over at MindGreenBody. Two of the greatest books we’ve ever read, which lay out a diet plan to actually deal with sugar addiction (even allowing you to eat fast food in the beginning as long as you’re getting protein with each meal), are “Potatoes Not Prozac” (most recent and recommended) and “The Sugar Addict’s Total Recovery Program” by Kathleen DesMaisons. They are worth the read, and you won’t believe the difference you feel once you’ve kicked your sugar addiction. Everyday press is finally backing up DesMaison’s reference to research that shows that sugar affects the same part of the brain as heroin.

Top Sexting Tips!

How to Sext

Ladies, please abide by The Golden Rule of Sexting: Don’t send anything to anyone who you don’t trust fully and completely, and don’t send anything to them that they haven’t already sent to you (i.e. photos etc)!

That being said, here are some sexting guidelines we gleaned from Canadian Living:

1) Take things slow! Ease into things, just like sex! Be suggestive at first, not explicit. Always take your time before pressing “send” so you don’t accidentally sext the wrong person!

2) Say things like, “I want to…” — don’t say “we never…” or “you never…”

3) Stroke the ego! This gets men hot like nothing else.

4) Even if you trust your partner wholeheartedly, it still might be best to leave your face out of photos. It’ll leave something to the imagination! If you’re worried about being recognized by an incidental third party, cover any tattoos with a temporary tattoo, or add one where you don’t have one.

5) Don’t send sexts to someone who doesn’t want them! That’s the biggest turn-off, and surest way to get yourself in trouble.

6) Once you’ve enjoyed your sexts, delete them — unless you don’t mind your children or a phone thief seeing them!
