I am 28 years old model and I am fit because I lead a very healthy lifestyle that keeps me active and well. Sometimes when I tell people that Iam 160lbs they automatically assume I’m un healthy and also overweight – which could be further from the truth.
You see I exercise and eat healthy while taking my vitamins daily. And I train at 5am every morning in the gym with my trainer – and run every evening for a full hour My hips are 42 inches and my waist 24, I weigh 160lbs at 5foot 3 inches tall standing strong and big boned. If you took the pinch test around my waist – you couldn’t find any fat to grab. Often times my size is confused with being fat or overweight and people pass their judgments upon me for that reason.
My girlfriends are the same height (as me) but the difference is they weigh much less. But they sadly eat (whatever) burgers, shakes, and fries and downs sodas with every meal, barely works out, and seldom take vitamins.When I asked them how healthy they are, they say I’m skinny of course I’m healthy! I must admit that kind of ignorance is disappointing because this misconception is far from the truth…
