Juicing is a great way to get your vegetables if you don’t like eating them, but remember that you need some greens to balance out sweet veggies/fruits so your thyroid doesn’t get thrown off! We’d recommend adding some kale or spinach to this recipe — don’t worry, it’ll still taste great! (Note: Eating and especially drinking beets will make your #2 look red that day, don’t worry you’re not bleeding to death!)
